Blending/Value Practice

A painting I did based on a sculpture by Philippe Faraut to work on my blends and values.  I'm making progress but I can only see the problems with this image. Sooner or later Ill get there.

In the future for this blog I will be focusing on character work since that is by far my favorite area of games to work on. Though you may see an occasional school assignment or two unrelated to characters.
